I started my career working as a hairstylist over 20 years ago in Brighton, working for the prestigious Toni & Guy brand. After two years of gaining invaluable hairdressing cutting, and styling training ,I decided to spend another year in central London, before moving to Prague as a 'Style Director' and 'Academy Teacher' for them.

Having had a string of celebrity clients on my books, and been lucky enough to teach students from all around Europe, I decided to move back to the United Kingdom to open my own salon, and brand.

In 2020, at the start of the 'Covid Pandemic' I decided to broaden my horizons by experimenting with wig styling utilising the skills I had previously learnt during my years of training.

From reviving old wigs back to life, or creating new ones, I love a good challenge. I decided to branch out, and start another business @wigsbyNeilLucas making people happy and creating wig styles for whomever, and wherever. 

I feel that I have been very fortunate in doing what I love, which has lead to expansion of the range of wigs from synthetic to 100% real human hair wigs, and to now be in demand growing my wig business internationally.

Some of the most recent accolades include styling drag artists on RuPauls Drag Race in the U.K, France and USA, and even creating a 100% real human hair wig for 'Michelle Visage' herself.

Other celebrity client's include international A List singer, and rapper 'Doja Cat' for her music video 'Agora Hills', plus the sensational comedian 'Roseanne Barr' which was a dream come true knowing that one of my idols would be rocking a @WigsbyNeilLucas wigs on her Las Vegas show.
